Growing up in a humble household in Louisiana, Dr. Avila’s early life instilled in him an uncommon work ethic, a profound appreciation for the little things, and a deep commitment to family. Education & Experience
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Zoology with Honors from Oklahoma State University and my Doctorate of Optometry from Northeastern State College of Optometry, where I received recognition as the Outstanding Graduating Student. My passion for science, sparked by my childhood curiosity about how things work and break, guided me to a career where I could make a meaningful contribution to people’s lives through advanced eye care.
